Our Michael Clavis chiffon cake is based on carefully
selected ingredients which have been mixed and tested over a 1000 times
in order to achieve the required result of a soft, melting moisture mouth
feel taste.

OUR DISCERNING SECRET

Our chiffon cake is baked in a confined space by utilizing a customized
oven, which leaves a never experienced, exquisite, fluffy taste.

The molding in the center of the chiffon cake was originated in the United States,
it also known under the expression `Angel Food Cake Pan’. By using our original
molding we provide you with daily, fresh and fluffy chiffon cakes.
Regular chiffon cakes are produced with paper molds which differ in quality, freshness
and moistness in comparison to Michael Clavis chiffon cakes, which are entirely
produced with ancient molds. Paper molds cause steam to unleash, while our
metallic molds contain the moisture to achieve a well balanced moistness.

Our chiffon dough contains moistness which allows it to be stored in the freezer,
as it does not crumble or lose any of its sophisticated taste.
It even goes without any kind of whipped cream topping.
